We've been canning...

Man oh man...cannig is a lot of work! We have cucumber and zucchini overload - we give a bunch away and we still have more than we can eat fresh. We canned last week, zucchini pickles, and this weekend, we canned the cucumber dill pickles and zucchini relish you can see above. There are four quarts and one pint of dill pickles and eight half-pints of relish.
